It's ironic that fine minds are often housed in unhealthy bodies, but then
perhaps that's what pushes the mind to develop without the distractions a
strong healthy body imparts.
John, your wisdom, knowledge and ready willingness to answer even the
stupidest questions have been a great help to many of us who have inhabited
this list over the last couple of years - especially me!
My thoughts and best wishes go with you. And next time I make it to the bay
