Install Perl. You should be able to use the same server software 
(IIS x?) without any other modification.
ASP is VBScript or JScript on the server side... if you know 
JavaScript you can try to write your first ASP program...
If you're running FP extension there are prebuild piece of code to 
send form to email addresses. This is the easyest/quickest way.
