Hi, Gerry: I *believe* that if you have a link inside <NOFRAMES>
</NOFRAMES> that the robot can follow -- that this is NOT the case. If
the robot can follow it, it will do so. *HOWEVER* the robot is following
the non-framed version of the site.

Perhaps the answer is to figure out *why* you're using frames in the
first place. <smile> Seriously, I believe that many framed sites could
be simplified a lot (http://www.ual.com/ - uhg) because instead of
reducing server load, they're increasing it (ie, replacing content in
each frame, in the case of UAL, four I think, with many of the links).

See http://www.W3C.org/ for frames recommendations in the 4.0 spec. Yes,
they are "here to stay" -- but there are caveats to make framed sites
universally accessible.
