It can, but you'll need a CGI program to do it instead of just running it
through a "mail-to". I don't know of any way of changing the text of that
using a mailto. I do most of my forms in Cold Fusion, but if you can use
PERL on your server, there are a number of free PERL form programs which
are relatively straight forward to modify for your needs.
