We are an international tribe. What makes the most sense to me is that we
would direct our democratic instincts and talents to Internet governance
issues first.
If we prove that we can set up something that works there, then we can turn
to territorial politics.
BTW, now is the time to act. On sept 30. a new Domain Name Governance
structure must be in place that has the consensus of "the Internet
community". 

Now is your time to submit, vote, protest or otherwise to prevent a closed
and unaccountable cabal to assume power over the DNS.
