Like the Teletext things they tried in the late 70's?

Graphical user interface converted to graphical audio... Like the
speachs/web to text things used by visually impaired? Or do they intend
to hire a bank of web-to-speach specialists who were formerly telephone
cleanists as per that hitchhiker's guide book... You know, the one that
was written on the back of a serial box... two headed guy, improbability
drive, interstellar off ramp, etc. (What was that number? 43? 67???)

Are we running out of ideas, or is this the result of summer re-runs
on TV?
