picked up >1 week's mail today -- and i seem to have "been sold" by
someone. looks like amazon.com (o'reilly has my address now and i've bought
their books but only from amazon's web site).
anyway -- one of the new arrivals is _linux journal_ .... if there ever
were an indication of market potential -- it's having your OWN trade pub!
on the address blank, they've included a "to subscribe call" line -- clever.
also got a "developers outlet" direct mail piece that at least knows i'm a
mac user <g> ... anyone here written programs for PalmPilot yet? code
warrior/pp/mac is <$400 ... just curious (I have a couple ideas for
programs).
this piece also has special prices on things like BBEdit and Dreamweaver,
for those in the market. be happy to share the prices if you're looking and
price shopping.
