very good idea, Michael -- suggest that you also have the list prepared on
paper -- for folks to "walk away with" -- so they don't have to trust their
memories. if ya'll move items from one side to the other -- you can create
a new list. so put a date/time stamp on the first one <g>.
the "sign on the dotted line" concept is good. it's used at boeing
extensively.
