The only thing I see missing that may help define the colors you
see is the text="#000000" and maybe the bgcolor="#ffffff" (or
whatever colors you choose). Most of the pages I'm doing now are
defined by the colors' names unless it's not part of the "basic"
group (red, blue, white, black, green, etc.). The non-basic
colors are then defined by number.
