You might want to leave this off the filter if you're ever going to do
anything involving canines. Bitch is a perfectly appropriate and
acceptable word meaning "female dog." ;-) When Prodigy (I think it was
Prodigy) was threatening to nuke any account using certain words online,
people on dog-related discussion lists had difficulties telling of a
show win on a female dog resulting in champion points (Winners B*tch
looks pretty silly, doesn't it?). The word also has a mild meaning of
"to complain" that I'm personally not offended by. Guess each person's
definition of "dirty words" is unique.
I once asked the NIC what words couldn't be used in domain names, and
the response was "Basically, George Carlin's list." I was rather
amused, as many of them are, in fact, domain names (most seem to
redirect to "domain-name companies").
Oh, and boob is also a word for "silly person," along with other
connotations <g>.
