well, i suppose that's normal since this is a "citizen initiative" -
but if it moves into the realm of being the "official government
sanctioned vechicle" for change -- wouldn't it come under some
comment/disclosure requirements??? you're the lawyer (there, that's more
PC than 'sweetie' <g>).
