Here in italy they are really few and really expensive... in one day 
you may spend near half of the cost of what you pay for a dial-up 
connection to a provider... here in Milan there should be no more 
than 2 (from what I heard?!?!?!) one of them should be "birreria 
uno" or something that shouldn't sound really different...
Anyway I'll sugest not to enter in those cafe since they are 
expensive and quite pathetic/lame...
