Somone recently asked about a tool for printing out an entire site. I came
across this list today (as a result of a link George so kindly led me to):

It's a bunch of offline browsing tools, which allow you to capture sites for
offline viewing. At least one of them (I didn't look at the whole list),
MemoWeb98 says it will allow you to print "one or several pages at a time"
from the captured version.
