You can choose default homepage dir when you install PWS.
If you want to change default page served you have to use Internet
Service Manager... There you can also choose the default
homepage directory!
1) Windows is not the right choice for a web server
2) if you have/must use Windows use NT there you can use
access permission etc... It would be enough Windows NT
workstation.
