This is the most absurb thing - I'm still trying to get a domain name
shifted from another guy to me -- we went thru their (NSI) notorization
process -- and still got tripped up somehow in their paperwork.

we've started over. we can't use the online change, apparantly, because the
guy who owns the name has changed his e-mail address from the one on their
record.

but they DID change the location of the address -- just not the ownership!
how in the heck could they justify one and not the other??

then, i read @#*&$&*! like this and want to pull my hair out!!
