The company disagreed and said that the government's '''emergency' motion is simply an improper attempt to rewrite'' the government subpoena to ``obtain every piece of information in a corporate wide database about every product'' and every means of selling them. A trial begins Oct. 19 on allegations by the Justice Department and 20 states that Microsoft used monopoly power to compete unfairly.
