I read it and emailed a recommendation to my boss' boss. :)
he has asked the secretary to buy it for the whole management team.
we'll see if it'll cause sweeping change across the land...
I'm now reading the "why does software cost so much?". just started,
but would recommend if you are interested in the answer.
