Now what exactly does that mean? I'm guessing that different releases of
Windozer come with different "standard" sets...and some include Tahoma. Can
anyone clarify?

Anyone know if IE3 or 4 (Win and Mac) install any fonts? If so, which ones?
I noticed that Verdana is not on the list of "standard fonts" that Andreas
provided, but it seems to be on most Win OS machines that I've tinkered
with - haven't correlated IE and Verdana, but it seems like a possibility.
