Yeap thats the one it starts with NIC then the date submitted and then some number i don't know what it means, write it big in the fax you send and if nothing happens in 48 hours give them a call sometimes they get behind due to lots of submissions.. ahh if that is for somebody else make sure you get their letterhead and signature of the president it makes things lot easier.......
