And that's an underestimate.  Dataquest bases their surveys on market share,
and therefore doesn't take into account all the free copies of Linux
which folks download off the 'net (or copy off other folks' CDs, etc.).

BTW, I downloaded the entire Staroffice suite yesterday -- they're
giving away single-user copies for Solaris systems (Sparc and Intel),
with a license and everything.  It took a while -- it's a 60 Mbyte
tar file -- but hey, I figure (a) it's free and (b) it'll let me translate
the occasional PC-format document that comes my way.
