Anyone read "The Invisible Computer" by Donald Norman? 2 line review?

I just stumbled across it while I was researching the use of streaming
media in Uni course delivery. Jack's reference to the Google engine linked
me to Stanford Online. (http://stanford-online.stanford.edu/). The site is
framed so I'll give you instructions to get to some interesting seminars.
>From Stanford OnLine you select "courses" and then "CS547 Human-Computer
Interaction Seminar" then select the "video" graphic and scroll to the
bottom of the page.
(direct URL out of frame is
http://stanford-online.stanford.edu/courses/cs547/main.html) Unfortunately
the old ones are only stored as 128k, yes 128k, not 28.8k.
