A crude way in PS is filters>distort>polor coordinates.
Start with a 500 pixel or so square and position your graphics about 1/4 -
1/3 down from top. Control the wrap by vertical position of the graphics
and the hight/width ratio of the graphic. By putting a cricle or oval of
something in the middle can result in a nice logo type thing. Widening off
of square elipses it, same for hight.
