The Ingram sale?  B&N will be lucky if the Feds let it go through, and
even if they do, it probably won't hurt Amazon . . . if B&N tried to use
the buyout of the supplier as a way to cripple Amazon, they'd have
anti-trust people on them like they were MS.  When you buy down the
chain like that, very, very important the supplier treat all customers
on the same terms.

Amazon's bigger fear would be B&N getting exact figures on which books
were moving, and being able to extrapolate marketing plan details from
it . . .
