Oh shucks :) Can't remember where I got that -- didn't create it myself,
that I know -- but anyway, I'll upload it for anyone who wants to grab it:

It's about 234 k in size. I have PaintShop set up so that the file loads
each time I start the program, so it's always available as I'm working on
images.
