When I go Start->Settings-> I have Control Panel, Printers, Task Bar. No
"folders" ( like i would have picked that anyway to change an application
linkage ).

And thanks to Brent -- as this WAS the way I had to configure Win95 -- I'm
keeping his e-mail, as I couldn't *remember* anything this *intuitive*.
