I keep getting problems accessing other computers from about 8am to
noon. This is happening every day since some time last week. It appears
to be fairly consistent across multiple addresses. In addition, some of
the smaller search engines that I poll, seem to have lower numbers of
queries during that period of time, suggesting that it may be a widespread
phenomenon.
