Doesn't submit to all 1100, if you run auto submit, 800 .. of those 800 it
varies how many will be sent. It depends on what selections you make
when you set up the site profile.
When I set it up for perl2000, only 120 sites are selected for submission,
all sites that has relations to P2K's topic.
