open access. building an open web site is EASY -- and every gov't site
should be accessible to all. Period. End of story.
Now -- if he is also asking that the kiosk have "voice output" -- *that* is
a different subject. and one worthy of debate.
i don't like frivolous lawsuits any more than the average person -- but
sometimes you have to file a lawsuit to get attention. think desegregation
-- what if Rosa Parks had said, it's ok that they tell me where i can sit on
the bus?
