Brent, I tried again and got the same message. It's a RA message that
comes up after the RA dialog box when I click to start the audio. In
small print, it refers me to
http://service.real.com/help/errors/index.html, error 14. Clicking on
"error 14" brings me to
http://service.real.com/help/errors/error14.html, which tell me why the
problem may be caused on my Mac (yes, I use only Macs <g>!), so the
problem may be only mine. I'd be interested in finding out if anyone
else has this problem before I go thru a clean install of RA!!
