Kathy, if I was viewing the site for the first time, I wouldn't shrug, I'd
think "That's a dumb design and it wastes my time". But that's just me :>)
I'm with Frank: it's just bad design. But my others involved with the
project feel it is more important to have the colored bars extend to the
right than have a logical interface. I think their priorities are out of
order...
