I never thought of that. I never use the exec cmd as I always call a
perl script when I execute something with ssi. I gotta get out of
one shell and into another:)

Yeah, my first impulse was big deal. Just stick the time zone in
there and let the people figure it out if it is so important. But
then I think my boss had a good point. We have servers in CST and MST
and we use third-parties to do work (and all of them are in CST). He
wants them to know when a page has changed (as this is work in
progress) and he wants to use a consistent time-zone. In the end I
had to agree with him.
As our servers in MST are with iserver I asked isever. And they had
the answer on their website all the time:
