Single? You mean reception of a single piece of a commercially

I and many others would gladly serve as experts to convict bulk
mailers, spammers, of just about any reasonable crime.
That said, if he was NOT sending threatening e-mail or bulk e-mail,
then I would be interested in at least hearing more about the case, and
possibly testifying on his behalf. But he had better NOT be a bulk
e-mailer! Bulk e-mail is destroying the net, causing lots of people to
ignore most of their e-mail except from known friends. This reduces the
ability for people to comment on mutual interests (as displayed in web
pages,) and make new friends.
