Well, after seeing the post on netzero, my interest was peeked .. I had head
of them about 6 months ago. They were in the technology building stage
then. (mainly noone thought it would work, but I just looked an juno is
still here and they operate on the same principal).

1. setup
No problems in setup, took about 2 mins

2. account setup
We are talking a free service, so good names go real fast. I picked
perl2000 and it was free (for obvious reasons)
Supports multiple accounts, like juno does
I am guessing they are piggybacking AOLs access numbers... so I figure
where ever AOL can connect, netzero can.
Total setup time was under 6 mins

3. connection
I have a 56k modem, to my ISP it connects at 44k to netzero 22.6k (this
is most likely different for almost all the access numbers)

4. the ads
You can shrink the banner ads for netzer down to 400x80, you can't
minamise it or make it not be always on top (high res monitor, you have
    no worry about space)

Thats all I have played with sofar, havn't been on long enough to see how
stable the connection is yet.

Chad
