This is an old, tired and idiotic hoax.

First of all, Bill Gates doesn't send chain letters around the Internet to
"test" imaginary e-mail tracking systems. The "unique IP address log book
database" business is gibberish, technically meaningless. No such product,
or anything remotely like it.

Second, even were Bill Gates to go insane and send such a letter, he sure
as heck wouldn't give away $6,500,000 in cash and a bunch more in free
holidays as part of the deal.

Third, there is no "Walt Disney Jr." Walt Disney never had a son by any
name.

Fourth, the whole thing has been categorically debunked and denied a
zillion times around the net.
