Both RealNetwork's G2 and Microsoft's Media Player server software cost
money for licensing, which can find at their respective websites. This will
cost a lot of money. Depending on how much clips you plan to server, you
might be better off outsourcing its hosting to companies like InterVU.
(There's a number of them....)
However, I suggest checking out http://www.broadcast.net as well.
