Visio's main product has a Web Wizard that will automatically map a (well
behaved) web site and produce a drawing of it. You have some control of what is
mapped (depth, local or not, etc.) and how the drawing is laid out. I believe
you need the professional version to get the Web Wizard. However, you should be
aware that any diagram that displays over 100 pages is going to be pretty hard
to use without some extensive hand editing. I like Visio's product a lot --
I use it for making up diagrams of things I am designing -- but I am not so sure
of its usefulness for automatically diagramming nay real site.
