iserver.com is tops in my book. It is hard to get more control
without going colocation.

hiway.net (owned by verio who also owns iserver)
I am still looking for a good co-location deal. I exchanged email
with someone at above.net and they seem to be very good. But I was
unclear about a few issues (like how does 256K bandwidth translate to
something I can understand). I think there is room for a company
that provides the system support for co-location just as a company
like iserver provides webmaster support to their virtual server
customers. I have not seen anyone with the online docs which explain
how to manage your co-located machine as iserver has online for
managing your virtual server (which most of you who read this will
mistakenly believe you understand. With their virtual server you get
your own server).
