Julian -- I'm not sure I understand what you are seeing.

When I load this page in NC4.5 (PC) [btw, it loads really really slowly] -- the top 
navigation art is offset slightly from the "big drop of water" below it. It's not a 
big discrepancy (at least at this rez).

Not being a fan of framed sites, why not put the top frame in a <tr> in the same table?

Also -- <BODY> is prohibited on your <frameset> page -- it's one or the other, not 
both. This may be contributing to the problem, don't know. Maybe you should spec the 
600 here too?

Double also -- no <noframes> option means the site flunks HTML4.0.
