And that's a good thing. It seems that all over the web, sites are
abandoning frames and overall their use is declining. I was trying to
explain this to a client the other day, telling how I could code their
desired page layout using frames or not using them, and that I preferred
the latter. I finally managed to convince them to go frameless :>)
