This is good news, but it's also pretty funny: AIX (IBM's own version
of Unix, very much a latecomer to the market) is known by Unix afficiandos
as possibly the *worst* commercial Unix version available.  It's what you'd
get if you described Unix over a bad phone connection to an OS/370 programmer
and then asked them to recreate it.

It will be interesting to see what adding Linux to their product suite
does to their sales of AIX.
