Last I heard, it's called "nice non-deductible charity work". Design
falls under a donated service, which you can't deduct AFAIK. We'd have
people claiming their special $2400/hr rate for things like that ;)
You can probably safely define finites like hosting and equipment,
though.

For some reason, despite all the hype, I figure the IRS is the least
likely to go down. All that attention to detail and whatnot ;)
