Librarians are the best source of this "evaluation" stuff, in my experience -- they've 
taken the basic techniques of evaluating "dead tree" resources and applied to the Net.

This "evaluate the source" stuff should have been part of curriculum all along, IMO.

I can rummage around for URLs if anyone is interested .... there are a lot of 
librarians on the NetTrain list, BTW.
