Hi, Carlos:
Links from you to someone else only implies that there is something on that
site (the one you are linking to) that you like, approve of -- unless you
are making a link to make a point about something you don't like (people do
that too). there is no "endorsement" going the "other way."
It's always a polite thing to let someone know you are placing a link to
them, but by no means required.
