CTRL-Enter is the shortcut for send, but I'm also curious as to whether
Outlook might have some unintended shortcuts. More than once I've
switched windows without hitting the right combination, and sometimes I
can close a half-complete message without saving it, and I'm no where
near CTRL-F4.
