I *am* my local ISP, so I talked to myself. ;-)
I'm not having any systemic problems with the transmission or receipt of
mail except through the web-consultant's mailing list. (Example,
your note, which appears to have an April 4 date, arrived here at
about 6 PM EST, April 8.)
I rather suspect that just4u.com is badly hosed. I just checked to
see if it allows relaying (which might indicate that spammers are
pounding on it) and it does not appear to. It does seem responsive
on port 25 and relatively quick, so I don't think it's hung. But
that's about as far as I can get from outside the machine.
