With the CLI I can create and list mailboxes, but when I use
web-cyradm
can you login to the new created mailboxes with POP3?

Does Postfix
deliver mail to new mb's?
No, postfix does not look into the cyrus-db but search for users in the
/etc/passwd.
interface, it doesn´t authenticates against IMAP-SASL, only against
Mysql. The log file doest not show any action of imap, only the Mysql
actions.
On the other side, on my system there is no /etc/sasldb2, and the
saslpasswd2 command makes an error:
# saslpasswd2 -c cyrus
Password:
Again (for verification):
saslpasswd2: generic failure
That's ok, sasldb2 won't be used.
