So i understand that he wants to setup a 
mailserver system witch should be managed by a m$ User very simple;-)

The best way to do this is to give your User a Website Frontend like
Web-cyradm!
I would use saslauthd with pam as auth mech, and configure pam to look in
mysql
or postgre or whatelse...

If you create a User with web-cyradm he would create all the nessasary
Folders and
so on. On my System all works fine! But the first login in every new
mailaccount would be
give an error, because my server creates the mailboxfolders (cyrus) in the
first login. If
the User logs in again all folders would be created and the login works
fine.
