[Web-cyradm] Problem loading web-cyradm on SLES 9

I'm trying to install it on SLES 9 using http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Postfix-Cyrus-Web-cyradm-HOWTO/

I've used postfix package from http://www.norrbring.biz/SuSE/ compiled with MySQL lookups enabled.

When I'm trying to connect to web-cyradm on local machine, I get

"An error occured while loading http://localhost/cyradm"

"Connection to host localhost is broken".

I can't figure out what's the problem here. All other PHP applications are working fine.

Installed:

-Postfix MTA
-Cyrus IMAP
-Cyrus SASL
-Berkeley-DB
-OpenSSL

-MySQL Database
-pam_mysql

-Apache with PHP (with register_globals On)
PHP4-session
PHP4-PEAR

PHP4-gettext

perl-MIME-tools
perl-Archive-Zip
perl-Archive-Tar
perl-Compress-Zlib
perl-Convert-UUlib
perl-Convert-TNEF
perl-MailTools
perl-Unix-Syslog

The /var/log/web-cyradm-login.log is empty and owned by wwwrun.

I've added log=/var/log/mysqld.log to /etc/my.cnf as Peter Mueller has suggested but there is no help, this file is not even created.

I'll appreciate any thoughts on how to solve this problem?
