I installed Postfix, Postgresql, Cyrus-Imap, Web-Cyradm on a Suse 9.2
for the first time. When i try to log into Web-cyradm i get failed login. For the setup I followed the Postfix+Cyrus+PostgreSQL+Web-cyradm+RedHat Howto trying to adjust it to my Suse environment. The web-cyradm-login.log shows nothing rilevant. The Web-Cyradm PHP scripts (i run some tests and debug) seems to work correctly. If I try from the shell: # cyradm --auth Digest-MD5 --server localhost --user cyrus Password: localhost> # cyradm --auth PLAIN --server localhost --user cyrus Password: IMAP PAssword: Login Failed: authentication failure at /usr/lib/perl5 .../Cyrus/IMAP/Admin.pm line 118 cyradm: cannot authenticate to server with PLAIN as cyrus. for pam_pgsll i use the pam_pgsql.so suggested in Postfix+Cyrus+PostgreSQL+Web-cyradm+RedHat Howto. My Postfix configuration supports Pgsql as reported in Postfix + PostgreSQL How-TO at http://www.huihoo.com/internet/postfix/pis/c848.html I enclose to you my config files: /etc/imapd.conf, /etc/cyrus.conf, /etc/pam_pgsql.conf, /etc/pam.d/imap and the var/log/auth.log generated by cyradm for the two shell commands above. I worked on this troubles for a week without finding a solution. Is there anyone who can help me? |
