Little update to my question: A. Forward seems to work fine with long names (i.e. leon.ns.servername.com) The problem is with short names (i.e. leon), emails sent to these accounts just stay in their inbox's and don't get forwarded.
B. Vacation message: netstat -na | grep 2000 tcp 0 0 212.74.41.18:2000 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN cyrus.conf: I had only this line: sieve cmd="timsieved" listen="132.74.41.18:sieve" prefork=0 Added: sievelocal cmd="timsieved -C /etc/imapd-local.conf listen="127.0.0.1:sieve" prefork=0 Now: netstat -na | grep 2000 tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:2000 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 212.74.41.18:2000 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN Regarding problem B.: On the long and short names trying to set Vacation note, I get "Vacation notice set". Checked it and it's working fine. Problem A. with forward is still there. There's probably a problem with sieve > 3) Anyone can tell me, in what files of cyrus db (if it's > there) forward and vacation options are written so I can check it on > the file level? This stuff is stored in sieve, so check if it's running, and port 2000 open. Also try to establish a telnet session to port 2000 and login (like the way with imap?!).
